Notwithstanding any other provision set forth in these terms and conditions, Skin Laundry shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, any act of war or civil insurrection, national emergencies, acts of God, fires, explosions, vandalism, storms, earthquakes, floods, embargoes, riots, sabotage, industry-wide strikes, lockouts, work stoppages or other labor difficulties, industry-wide supplier failures, unavailability of materials, rights-of-way or governmental acts; however, Skin Laundry will attempt to promptly correct any such failure or delay in performance to the extent possible and in accordance with then-applicable law and regulatory requirements.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Skin Laundry, its officers, directors, affiliates, employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents, partners and affiliates from and against all claims, actions, demands, costs and damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that any third party may claim as a result of your use of this Web Site. Skin Laundry has the right to control any defenses relating to this section.

SECTION 11 - RELATIONSHIP
Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to constitute or establish an agency, joint venture, partnership or fiduciary relationship between the parties, and neither party shall have the right or authority to act for or on behalf of the other party.

SECTION 12 - GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of California, United States of America, without regard to any choice of law principles.

SECTION 13 - JURISDICTION
You hereby irrevocably consent and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of California and the United States of America located in California for any claim arising out of your use of this website.

SECTION 14: ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions constitute the complete and entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede in their entirety any previously existing written or oral agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Section 15: Refund Policy. We apply a strict no refund policy on treatments, packages or memberships.

Section 16: CANCELLATION AND DELAY POLICIES

Appointment reminders:
All clients will receive a reminder about their upcoming appointments 48 hours in advance.  

New clients:
Prior to your treatment, you will need to complete our medical form at the clinic. Once completed, our therapist will review your medical information and the appropriateness of the treatment before we begin. We will also explain what to expect during your session - don't forget to bring your ID!

No-show policy:
We have a strict no-show policy and request that new clients arrive on time. Cancellations and schedule changes must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation charge of €25, subject to insufficient notice. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be cancelled. If available, we will make every effort to see you later in the day.

Please note that new customers who do not notify us of a cancellation will lose their right to the new customer offer.

For current Laundry Club members and package holders, please give at least 6 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to give sufficient notice three or more times may result in the treatment credit being deducted from your membership or package.

Late Policy:
We ask that you arrive on time to ensure the smooth running of appointments. In the event of a delay, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations:

For recurring memberships, there is a minimum commitment of 3 months, after which you can cancel.

To cancel, please fill out the cancellation request form found at this link: Here The cancellation request must be sent 7 days before the next billing date. Failure to do so will result in your subscription being automatically renewed and you will be billed. Upon cancellation, any remaining treatment credits must be used before the next billing date, as no refunds are offered for unused benefits.

Package holders do not need to cancel. Once paid, no refunds are allowed, but you can exchange the value for other services or transfer the remaining credit to a family member or friend.  

Section 17 - PRODUCT/DELIVERY POLICY

At Skin Laundry, we are committed to helping you achieve cleaner, clearer and brighter skin.

Shipping:

• Enjoy free shipping on orders of 50 € or more, available for shipping addresses within Spain. To take advantage of this offer, your order total must include at least 50 € in full price products.

Product returns:

• We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging, purchased at our clinics or online at www.skinlaundry.es, for a full refund within 14 days with the original receipt.
• Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
• Online orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase by sending an email to admin@skinlaundry.es. Once an order has shipped or is being processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

Return period:

• You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a refund or exchange.
• Skin Laundry products purchased from other retailers cannot be returned or refunded.
• No returns will be accepted without the original order receipt or proof of purchase for refund or exchange.
• Skin Laundry ES is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with the original packaging.
• Skin Laundry gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

How to make a return:

1. By mail:
   Please fill out the return form included in your package and send it to us along with the items using your preferred courier service. Please include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend that you use an insured and trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

   Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item or defective product). If you received the item as a gift and prefer not to refund the original purchaser, please indicate this on the return form and we will issue a gift card instead.

• Returns that do not include the original order details or are received after 14 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
