Before your first appointment, you and your Skin Laundry expert will discuss your skin concerns, the treatment, its benefits, and your skin goals.
We'll take a photo (which will remain private) to help track your skin journey at Skin Laundry.
After a cleanse, your Skin Laundry expert will begin the treatment
Anti Wrinkle Injections are minimally invasive procedures and therefore do not usually involve general anesthesia or incisions.
Dermal Fillers may require topical anesthetic, incisions or ice to numb the treatment area when instructed by our skin expert

AFTERCARE

Anti Wrinkle Injections

Do not lie down or lie on your face for 6 hours following the treatment.
Do not massage the treated area for the first 12 to 24 hours
Maximum results are usually achieved at about 15 days after treatment. Injections can be repeated every 3-6 months.
Continue your daily skincare routine when instructed to by our skin experts by using a gentle cleanser free of any active ingredients with no massaging of the treated area for the first 12 to 24 hours

Injectables

Ice packs may be used during the first 24 hours (10 minutes on, 10 minutes off)
Massage the injected site vigorously 4 times a day for 2 minutes, for the first 4 days.
Elevate the head while sleeping during the first few days to help minimize any swelling.
Anti-inflammatory medication and alcohol should be avoided for the first few days after treatment. Painkillers such as Tylenol may be used for pain control.
Exaggerated movements of the treated areas should be avoided for the first 7 to 10 days.
Avoid hot foods or chewing gum for the first 6 hours, as mouth trauma may occur in the anesthetized areas.
Continue your daily skincare routine when instructed to by our skin experts by using a gentle cleanser free of any active ingredients

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

Our Signature Laser Facial is our universal first-time treatment. Afterwards, your Skin Laundry Registered Nurse or Laser Specialist will assess your skin's response to your first Skin Laundry facial, review your skin concerns and design a customized treatment plan to help you achieve your skin goals going forward.

Why can I only book a Laser Facial?

Our Signature Laser Facial is our universal first-time treatment. Afterwards, your Skin Laundry Registered Nurse or Laser Therapist will assess your skin's response to your first Skin Laundry facial and advise on which treatments will best target and treat your skin concerns.

How often should I get a Laser Facial?

Just like your laundry, we believe in establishing a cycle based on your individual skin concerns. Our experts will create a treatment plan and advise on how often you should come in to help achieve your personal skin goals. To maintain healthy, glowing skin we recommend signing up for one of our Laundry Club memberships.
