Appointment reminders:
All clients will receive a reminder about their upcoming appointments 48 hours in advance.
New clients:
Prior to your treatment, you will need to complete our medical form at the clinic. Once completed, our therapist will review your medical information and the appropriateness of the treatment before we begin. We will also explain what to expect during your session - don't forget to bring your ID!
No-show policy:
We have a strict no-show policy and ask new clients to arrive on time. Cancellations and appointment changes must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation fee of €25, subject to insufficient notice. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled. If available, we will make every effort to see you later in the day. Please note that new clients who fail to notify us of a cancellation will forfeit their right to the new client offer.
For current Laundry Club members and package holders, please give us at least 6 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to give sufficient notice three or more times may result in the treatment credit being deducted from your membership or package.
Late Policy:
We ask that you arrive on time to ensure the smooth running of appointments. In the event of a delay, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations:
For recurring memberships, there is a minimum commitment of 3 months, after which you may cancel.
To cancel, please complete the cancellation request form found at this link: Here The cancellation request must be submitted 7 days prior to the next billing date. If you fail to do so, your membership will automatically renew and you will be billed. Upon cancellation, any remaining treatment credits must be used prior to the next billing date, as no refunds are offered for unused benefits.
For package holders, no cancellation is required. Once paid, no refunds are offered, but you may redeem the value for other services or transfer the remaining credit to a family member or friend.
