Treatments 

Skin Laundry laser facial treatments treat the face. Our neck and chest laser treats the neck and chest. Our hand enhancement treatment treats the hands.

No. You will feel a slight tingling sensation that is noticeable but not painful.

We believe in establishing a cycle based on your skin's specific needs. Our experts will create a treatment plan and advise you on how often you should visit to help you achieve your personal skin goals. All Skin Laundry facial treatments are performed by qualified therapists. Each and every professional therapist receives rigorous and continuous training on Skin Laundry protocols.

 

As with your laundry, we believe in establishing a weekly routine to maintain clean, glowing, healthy skin. Once you have achieved your personal skin goals, such as eliminating acne, sun spots or scars, we recommend a weekly laser facial. On average, Skin Laundry clients receive three facials per month.

We offer three different membership levels, each designed to help you achieve your skin goals. During your first visit, our team of skin experts will create a personalized treatment plan with recommendations on which membership is best suited for you.

Reservations and cancellations

Appointment reminders:
All clients will receive a reminder about their upcoming appointments 48 hours in advance.

New clients:
Before your treatment, you will need to complete our medical form at the clinic. Once completed, our specialist will review your medical information and the suitability of the treatment before beginning. We will also explain what to expect during your session. 

Absence policy:
We have a strict absence policy and ask new clients to arrive on time. Cancellations and appointment changes must be made at least 6 hours in advance. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be canceled. If there is availability, we will do our best to see you at the scheduled time or later that same day. 

For current Skin Laundry Club members Laundry Club package holders, please let us know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to give sufficient notice three or more times may result in the treatment credit being deducted from your membership or package. 

Late Policy:
We ask that you arrive on time to ensure the smooth running of appointments. In the event of a delay, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations:
Memberships require a minimum commitment of 4 months, after which they can be canceled. 

To cancel, you must send a cancellation request 7 days before your membership's next billing date to diagonal@skinlaundry.es. If you do not do so, your membership will be automatically renewed and you will be billed. Upon cancellation, any remaining treatment credits must be used before the next billing date, as no refunds are offered for unused benefits.

For pack holders, no cancellation is necessary. Once paid, no refunds are offered, but you can redeem the value for other services or transfer the remaining credit to a family member or friend within the validity period of the pack. 

We have a strict no-refund policy on treatments, packages, and membership offers.
